PROMOTERS

Our venue is set up to host amazing performances – with professional sound, lighting, security and ticketing services. N.B. prices quoted here are for event promoters and assume that your event is largely an all standing one – or with minimal seating. Events involving special seating configurations or lower numbers of attendees will incur additional charges.

Capacity – 300 standing/140 all seated. Charges starting at £350

Included in this are the following services:

• PA & Lighting system (to our in-house specification; extra kit can be hired in on request at an additional cost
• Sound Engineer & Lighting Engineer
• Accredited Security
• Ticketing – including ticket printing, on-line and local sites
• Merchandise Area – No Fee
• Use of Box Office/Wristbands – supply your own cashier
• Local publicity and marketing
• Inclusion on our listings posters – distributed in local area (shows, takeaways etc)
• Inclusion on our listings flyers
• Listed on large vinyl banner displayed on side of venue
• Website listing
• Social Media Support – Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Mailing list – inclusion on our fortnightly newsletter to TMA subscribers

Age Restrictions – All Ages (Under 16s accompanied by an adult)

Load in time – from 5pm / Standard Door Time – 8pm / Live Music Curfew Midnight
