To celebrate this year's international women’s day we are hosting a very special gig and pop choir at The Green Room on Saturday 4th March. The gig features Lizzie Esau, Charlotte Greyson and a special solo set from Liz Corney. Headliner Lizzie Esau brings her own blend of indie pop rock to the stage and has drawn attention from the likes of Radio 1, BBC Introducing, Clash and more. Hartlepool’s own folk pop star and her band Charlotte Grayson & The Shame Areas and Liz Corney (Field Music, The Cornshed Sisters) will be debuting some of her new solo material. There will also be the return of Liz Corney’s pop choir from 3pm-5pm celebrating female singer songwriters and having a fun filled singing session. There will also be the opportunity to make your own badge at the gig celebrating feminist icons.
This event is open to all ages, everyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult #EmbraceEquity #IWD2023
