Admissions Policy

Tees Music Alliance actively encourages people to enjoy live music from an early age. Anyone under the age of 16 can purchase a ticket and be admitted to events as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult. People aged 16+ should bring ID if they want to enter an event unaccompanied. 18+ ID is required at the bar. We strongly advise that parents think carefully about bringing very small children – in particular when exposing them to loud music without appropriate ear defenders. The only exception to this policy is if an event is deemed to be 18+ only.

Access Information

TMA is keen to promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities and to take the necessary steps to meet their requirements. Both of our venues are wheelchair accessible with ground floor access to adapted toilets. We also recognise that people with accessibility requirements may need to have someone with them. For this, we offer a free ticket to personal assistants / carers. You can make this arrangement through the venue by contacting us on 01642 606525.

If you consider yourself to be disabled but you don't use a wheelchair and find it uncomfortable at standing events; please contact us after you book your tickets and we can arrange to provide you with a seat. This will usually be a folding chair that you can use as little or as often as required throughout the event for your comfort.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately; once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed. 

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us – or a promoter using our venues; then the following applies…

Refunds for Cancelled Events - We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically. If you've bought a paper ticket - please email us or call us to let us know. Digital e-tickets will be automatically voided.  

Refunds for Postponed Events - We'll contact you with the rescheduled date and time as soon as we are able to – bearing in mind this is often in the hands of the artist or their agent. Can't make the new date? Refunds will be issued automatically upon the purchasers request – just get in touch.  Refunds for postponed events must be requested no later than 28 days of the new date being announced.

Please note that we cannot refund any transaction fees, donations or postage costs.
